There isn’t any doubt that some cities the world over are an artist’s paradise. You often see labels plastered on the back of avenue indicators, lampposts, and anyplace with a smooth floor that may have something caught to it. These days, graffiti/street artists hand you their business cards, links to their website, flyers and extra.
Chatham Avenue is a proper turning further up Izzert Street, along the southern border of a big open area behind Chapel Street outlets.
